General contracting is what we do for clients who need more than a single trade and less than a tier-one main contractor. Renovations, extensions, multi-property landlord refurbishments and light commercial fit-outs — run with a written contract, a planned programme and a single accountable contact.
We carry the insurance, accreditations and CDM understanding of a larger contractor, but the person quoting the job stays as the on-site contact through the build.
Where the project involves any work at height — re-roofs, render, external wall insulation, chimney work — having scaffolding in-house removes the most common cause of programme slippage on small-to-mid projects.

On a typical mid-size renovation we're managing 6–12 trades, building control inspections, party-wall coordination where needed, structural sign-offs, material lead times and the inevitable 10–15% of decisions that need to be made on site without slowing the job.
Single-storey and two-storey extensions, full house refurbs, loft conversions and reconfigurations. We build to your existing drawings or coordinate the design team for you.
Multi-property turnarounds for landlords and letting agents — between-tenancy refurbs, EPC remediation, fire-door upgrades and external repair packages.
Retail unit refits, small office refurbishments, café and hospitality fit-outs. Phased to avoid trading downtime where possible.
